Refund and Cancellation Policy

PioneerK9.uk provides specialist consultancy and training services in detection dog capability. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds may apply.
1. Consultancy Services

Consultancy services are provided under a written agreement or contract specific to each client.

Once work has commenced, fees are non-refundable.

If a client wishes to cancel services before work begins, cancellation must be confirmed in writing. Any advance payments may be refunded at our discretion, minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred.
2. Training, Seminars, and Workshops

Bookings for training, seminars, or workshops must be confirmed in writing.

Cancellations received more than 30 days before the event may be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations received between 14 and 30 days before the event may receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations received less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.

If PioneerK9.uk is required to cancel an event (e.g. unforeseen circumstances), clients will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer the booking to a future date.
3. Retainer Agreements

Retainer fees are agreed in advance and payable according to the terms of the agreement.

Retainer payments are non-refundable once the agreement period has begun, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
4. Travel and Expenses

Any pre-booked travel, accommodation, or subsistence costs that cannot be recovered will be deducted from any refund due.
5. Force Majeure

PioneerK9.uk is not liable for cancellations or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including illness, strikes, transport disruption, or emergencies).
6. How to Request a Refund
