Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: 02 October 2025

PioneerK9 is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for all users, including people with disabilities. We strive to make our website easy to use and accessible, in line with recognised standards and good practice.

1. Our Commitment

We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA standard, which defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities.

2. Measures We Take

  • Use of clear headings, plain language, and consistent navigation.

  • High-contrast text and background for readability.

  • Alt-text for images where appropriate.

  • Keyboard navigability for menus and forms.

  • Responsive design for use on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.

3. Known Limitations

While we are continually working to improve accessibility, some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 standards. For example:

  • Some third-party content (such as embedded media or plugins) may not be fully accessible.

  • Older documents or PDFs may not meet all accessibility requirements.

We are working to address these issues as part of ongoing improvements.
